Plan Details
Two nearly identically sized gables with two-over-two windows, with similar pairs of windows on either side of the covered entry, combine to give this contemporary single-story ranch home a soothing and inviting facade. Inside, the home offers 198 square meters of heated living space.
The home is entered through the vaulted great room. You could add faux beams. If you did, we think it would look great! The great room is open to the island kitchen, with a sink under the windows overlooking the covered porch.
The master bedroom is located in the rear left corner and features a fireplace on the back wall and a large walk-in closet. To the left of the entry, a flex room can be used as an office or a fourth bedroom. To the right, two bedrooms share a hall bath.
The side-entry two-car garage is located on the rear right side of the home and is accessed through the kitchen.
